My urine is really smelly and dark yellow? - urine smelly
although I have a good amount of nutmeg, which I hear eaten, is hard for the living, and now (about 30 tablespoons in a week or so)
my urine is very pungent and penetrating odor. dark yellow, and giving. and am not dehydrated.
Is that bad?

You might diabetics. When I was diagnosed, my pee very seriously. So if you sugar in your blood, urine and implemented is thicker than usual.
