  2. Ma Po Tofu is very good. Is there a PF Chang's at your house? They are the best Ma Po Tofu. It's almost heavenly.

    It costs $ 8.25.

The spring rolls are also a favorite. Egg soup, wonton soup or hot and sour soup are also very interesting.

  3. You need to consider what is good. The easiest thing to do is to the pepper steak with onions. Very simple recipe. Egg Foo Young is a very simple recipe that first goes. Sweet and sour pork is another, but a little harder. 60 people, hard work and lots of food. Do you have enough seats?

  4. Dumplings come to mind.
You do not have to start from scratch. Buy frozen packages are easy to do. You can do both steamed and fried.

  7. You can make many dishes for the birthday party. A month ago I had a birthday party for my son. I have to cook for 30 people.

That's what I cook for him, perhaps you could have an idea:

It is the combination of China and Indonesia, I'm an Indonesian)
    Fried Tofu Chili
    Fried Noodles
    Savory Martabak
    Green chicken with basil
    Ca Siu
    Crispy Pork (Babi Panggang)
Sate Chicken / Pork Sate (it's really for everyone's favorite)
Ayam Rica-Rica (chicken with lots of paprika)
Gado-gado (vegetable salad with peanut sauce)

    And I enjoy:
    Lumpia (spring roll Indonesia)
Meatballs (roll sandwiches with chicken stew)

    I hope this helps.

  9. Chicken Chop Suey
This is just an Americanized stir fry technique for nothing.
Use chicken breast or thigh meat, boneless diced or cooked meat.
When uncooked, starting with fry in hot oil, then remove and cut bite-sized.
Add the vegetables that you have, in short, a small incision, the fast food:
sliced carrots, broccoli, peas, cut zucchini slices, onion, garlic,
Peppers, celery / bokchoy, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts,
    Mushrooms and bean sprouts, finally.
Fry Add enough oil to cover everything.
A well in the wok and return chicken to reheat, cut slices.
    Mix 2-4 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 / 2 cup cold water and pour over vegetables;
And taste the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce or teriyaki sauce.
Stir until the sauce thick, over steaming rice or egg noodles are used.
